Sweet Heat Gill & Wing Sauce
Poached eggs
Toast
Green onions, sliced
Spinach
Parmesan cheese, shredded
Instructions
Steam spinach and place on toast, top with Parmesan cheese. Poach your eggs to your liking and place over spinach and cheese, drizzle with a bit of Sweet Heat Gill & Wing Sauce to liven up your eggs. Top with green onions.
